To our cherished community:

Throughout the past 10 years, the Patient Voices Network has worked together to overcome barriers that stand in the way of creating a healthier community. Together, we have learned that our core values are love, compassion, acceptance, respect for others, and transparency. We believe that these values have made our group successful in creating change in the lives of our members and those that we serve.

During the past few weeks, we have reflected on the current injustices in our community, as well as those that have long plagued our country. Upon reflection, we recognize that we are uniquely empowered to call out injustices together and end all forms of racism and discrimination, and that is what we pledge to do.

We believe that love will create change.

We believe that we can learn from each other.

We believe that black lives matter.

In solidarity,

The Patient Voices Network
